Ceramics

During a study abroad experience in Italy in the spring of 2025, I was introduced to the art of ceramics, an encounter that fundamentally broadened my perspective on creative expression. Under the mentorship of Italian ceramic artists, I gained a deep appreciation for the history, cultural significance, and communal traditions of the craft. Returning to Montana State University, I continued developing my techniques in wheel throwing, coil building, and slab construction, a passion I continue to actively pursue beyond graduation.
