Hello, I’m Griffin Huber
I am a junior studying Graphic Design at Montana State University. With nine years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, I have cultivated a solid foundation in digital design and am passionate about creating innovative and visually compelling work.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I grew up in a family that values creativity and artistic expression. My grandmother, an accomplished oil painter, and my great-uncle, Eliot Porter—a celebrated landscape photographer—have been instrumental in shaping my creative journey. Early exposure to the arts ignited my passion for exploring diverse mediums and visual storytelling. My artistic focus sharpened during my time at the Denver School of the Arts, where I studied cinematography and film from sixth through twelfth grade. It was there that I was introduced to Adobe Creative Suite, discovering its transformative potential for bringing ideas to life.
I served as the Creative Director for Hippie Canyon Company, a headwear brand, where I led branding and design initiatives that reflect the spirit of the outdoors. This role has deepened my understanding of the business side of design and strengthened my passion for collaborating with outdoor-focused brands. When I'm not designing, I seek inspiration in the outdoors through mountain biking, climbing, skiing, and surfing. Nature’s energy and beauty often influence my design work, infusing it with a sense of adventure and authenticity.
At Montana State University, I continue to refine my technical skills and explore new creative approaches to prepare for a career in design. After graduation, I aspire to join a design agency, helping them build meaningful connections with their audiences through impactful and emotionally resonant branding.
